sorry my frens..din update for ma blogs few days..cuz i was super duper busy last week!!!gosh..plenty of works,assignments n tests wic can kill me in juz a second time. last friday was supposed join morna,desiree them to seven but i failed to make it cuz ive got an early class on the following SAT day! damn !! so,last week i din out to hav fun..staying home like usual n talkin on phone. sound boring arite my life over here?but its truth..this is d life im having here!somehow i will prefer this kind of life..no clubs juz out with family and frens for a bit shop or meals only..

lately,ive joined bikram yoga with my sis. its so called "hot yoga"..alright,i have to admit in d very begining i kept argueing with her saying tat its not diff from wat i used to learn in kk. So for me,i thk the normal yoga owez similar to hot yoga one. but i was wrong!so wrong!!i went to d first classwith my sis two days ago. damn!!!the first posture ady made me sweat like hell..i din know my body could sweat so much like dat u know? and soem postures i couldnt make it bcuz was kinda hard for me to breath normally. so ended up i told myself i hav to come more often to exercise more. the first time resulted my face looked so pale,no blood! wic means my body is given signal to me that i should exercise more n sweat more!

today is my second time to hot yoga class. i love the teachers over there..they all r profesional who r very big diff from d one i learnt in malaysia. Today i'd completed all the 26 postures twice. Ho ho ho..not bad rite. this time i sweat even more but i felt so relax and could tell that my blodd circulation getting better cuz my face din rili look pale but red. ha ha ha..mayb too hot? yea,it did!

because of im new to this studio so i juz needed pay for $19 and get the consecutive 9 days for free. so good rite..so tmr i must make/force myself going there again!! after the 9 days over,i gonna pay everytime i go for the class^___^ and there is something i dun understand, my sis lose some weight after the yoga class but i GAINED weight??why why why?tell me why? im guessing issit bcuz i eat too much for my dinner after exercise? its ok,cuz it makes me look healthy..ke ke..im good in comforting myself rite?haha

ive been skipping for writing my blog in d past few days aye..sorry for the reader(sarah)..haha..i know u owez visit my blog one issit?keke..

well,i went to club with bunch of frens ..it was pretty fun as all of them r my humtown frens..apparently,it made me feels like "hum"..in the other way,it makes me dfeel hum sick now :( neways,i was so happy that chrys and charlotte came down to the city and slept over my place^_______^ chrys,hopefully u did enjoy ur first night in melb city aye..

today was a tired day for me..it was bcuz ive got 2 tests in a row~!!!damn!!!well,its all overed so im ok with it..after my sch ,i walked a bit in d city to look around what to get for my sis as her bday is coming soon..actually its tmr ..ended up i din get anything cuz i dunno wat to get? tell me wat should i get?any idea bout it?so, im thinking down to city by tmr to grab something for her ..hopefully i could get something :( which is pretty hard !!

then i took a nap rigth after i reached my sweet sweet hum..keke..wat hav i been up to ?hmm..i was talking to my love and he told me he has a brain killing problem that he doesnt know how to solve it?so i asked him to share his problem with me so that i can give some opinion regarding of tat rite..so he told me he juz hired a guy who is pretty hardworking ..but there is another worker complaning bout the new guy..she told my love that she couldnt stand for his "natural" body odour..get it guys? the worker even told my love that she has been trying hard and open d windows but still she couldnt breath and feel like vomit all the time..yea, body odour owez stand an important impression rite..so my love doesnt know how to tell the new worker to use something wic can gety rid of it..(i bet sarah knows how to tell )haha..so tell me if u were my love,how u gonna tell or wat will u do to make the office enviroment become peacefuk again?

so,my opinion is straight away tell him..but my love told me its weird to tell someone u arent tat close and he juz worked for u few days rite?its true..so i gave him another suggestion wic is: go pharmacy and get the body odour spray and give it to him and tell him "oh,im juz wandering do u use it?cuz i do use it everyday and this product is under promotion so ive got one for myself and this one is a gift for u" ..how?do u guys thk this works?
